A friend of mine was placed on 3 day week last March, and is worried his redundancy package will be impacted if he is "short time" working for over a year.
He fears his STAT. Redundancy will be cut by 40% , and as he has 16 years service will lose a lot of money.
Have checked Citizens Advice, but found nothing stating this... any ideas / advice.

A friend of mine who was in a similar position was advised to write to HR every so often stating that he saw the three day week as temporary and asking for a date when full time working would resume.
