Short Time Work

We are going on short time from next month, 5 days one week and 3 the next week. We are told we can claim for 2 days. How to go about this and how long can we claim for short time?

You should sign on at your local SW office when your short-time (3 day week) starts. You'll need a letter from your employer to confirm the details.
