Besides online options i.e. NR & Rabo (breaking the latter into 10K segments) is the Irish Nationwide Flexisaver 21 the best for short term lump sum investment with no penalties provided 21 days notice?
 
The INBS offer does close on May 31 (or earlier).

€10k in Rabo and the rest in Northern Rock will do nearly as well (depending on how much we are talking about)-no need for 21 days notice either.

This is NOT an option-it is one account per person as far as I know (except maybe in the case of joint accounts).
 
Rang Irish Nationwide yesterday told me that the 31 May deadline has been extended, don't know 'til when ?
