Anyone have experience of this Company as they are deducting 11.69Euro from my Credit card since April without our permission .How do we put a stop to this and can we get our money back.What are our rights and how did this company get our credit card details.

have you got in contact with the credit card provider ? would have thought this is the first thing to do ?

Phoned shoppersdiscounts and it turned out it was an offer that was loaded on to us while booking a rail ticket in the UK.When I rang the credit card company he let it slip that they had previous complaints from customers that had bought flowers online from interflora .I got an E MAIL from shoppersdiscounts saying they would refund the money within ten days .Hopefully this is the end of the matter.Thanks Regards Bog Man
