I'm thinking about putting a small house'ish on my sisters land in Cork for use while visiting? nothing huge, just 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/diner/living space. Would I need PP for this? She is also looking at putting an extension of a sunroom to the back of her house up to the allowable 40m2 without getting PP. Would this affect me putting this dwelling on if she was to do this?
