I bought shoes online from a UK company. They shipped on 18th Jan and I was told they would take 3 - 4 days. 12 Working days later and I still haven't received them. The local postal office has not received them as I have been in contact with them. The company in England is refusing to either send me another pair or refund me the money on my credit card which is Stg105. I have given the company the number of my local postal office to confirm that they did not arrive but they didn't contact them, and are still refusing to give me the refund or another pair of shoes. The shoes are special orthopaedic shoes that I can only source from the U.K. or U.S. Any advice really welcome.
