Ship a box to Australia

Hi, a former flatmate of mine in Oz wants me to ship a box of his stuff down to him (laptop, some clothes, some books etc.) Does anyone know any companies in Ireland which do this ? Only looking to ship an average size box down, about the size of a box a P.C would be delivered in.
