Sorry I know AAM is probably not the best website for this kind of thing, but with so many members I'm hoping there may be some helpful information available from some of you here.
I've an elderly relative who has just been told they have Shingles. From what little I know about this, it's something which will last several weeks and can cause great discomfort and their skin will become inflamed / have blisters etc.
Can anyone suggest any solutions, to help ease the pain or help the cure process a little ? (obviously, the person is also under medical care but sometimes natural remedies can be used alongside perscription drugs and this is the kind of tips I'm after ... along with anything which may ease the suffering a litte)
