can these be found online??, thinking of re-discovering my musical "talent"
made it to Grade III in piano but hated it at the time - young fellas should be let kick ball while they're able !!
Can you get the sheet music on internet for the stuff you hear in piano bars, e.g. Billy Joel, Frank Sinatra etc. etc. Most of it doesnt sound too complex compared to the classical stuff.
Also, after 2 abortive attempts to learn gee-tar in the last decade I'm ready to get on that horse again, where might one find Damian Dempsey, Chrushty Hoor, Oasis etc. - out of tune warbling is only on the hit list you see!!
If you google for a song name plus the word chord or tab, then you'll get plenty of sites with tabs/chords. Not so much sheet music though. I'm trying the guitar thing myself at the moment and found the [broken link removed] on http://www.guitarnoise.com to be good.
You can buy sheetmusic from www.sheetmusicdirect.com and print it from the internet to your printer. It also allows you to view and hear the first page of sheetmusic being played (it will need to download a plug in for your browser). To print the full score is, I think, GB£3 per song.
I was going to recommend [broken link removed] as the best source for guitar tabs. But I see they've had to take it down. If they sort out their legal probs then I heartily recommend a visit to it!
