Sharing wireless broadband

I have a Zyxel router from BT which I am using for wireless broadband. It is working perfectly with my own labtop but I now want someone else to access the router. When setting up the WEP security I entered a passphrsae to generate the security key. How do I find the details of the key generated in order to allow another person access?
