Yes - but additional data (e.g. cookies, NAT, or more specifically Port Address Translation, data/logs if applicable etc.) could easily leave a breadcrumb trail identifying the particular PC/laptop used for specific accesses...

and as the subscriber you'd probably be faced with the burden of proof.
