Does anybody know if sharing of tax credits available for non married couples? My partner and I share a house and mortgage but she wants to go part time in work and start a college course.
As far as I know if you foot the bill for her MED1 qualifying medical expenses then you can claim tax relief on them. I'm don't think that there are many (any?) other shared tax credits/allowances for unmarried couples?
