Take Royal Bank of Scotland as an example - Price is 27.96p.

Is that £27.96, or is it 27p and 0.96p?

Its not so clear the way they display it.
The Irish shares are clear.

Also, as an Irish resident using this site, can I only buy Irish & UK shares?
Can I buy US shares?
 
Why don't you just call them on the phone and enquire ? As far as I know, you can trade in US and European shres also
 
all UK shares are priced in pence or fractions of pence. All ISE shares are in cents
 
It's 26 pence a share, and tbh, if you can't tell that much about a share price are you sure trading is for you?
