Shared Ownership

Hi guys,

I'm considering applying for shared ownership. I have a couple of questions and am hoping a kind and well-informed soul can enlighten me...

What is the maximum amount the councils will loan for the scheme?

Can i apply to different councils? (I live in Bray but might consider south Dublin)

Is the interest rate higher than standard variable?

I had a look but can't seem to find the upper limit..

Dublin City Council is 265k limit. You can add up to 25 k of your own money aswell.
