Shared Ownership Repossession

Hi folks

Does anybody have any experience in this.

I am been brought to court in a few weeks to have my property repossessed.

I vacated the property 3 years ago and offered to volunteer the property but got no reply until a few weeks ago when got notification of court

Has anybody been through this that could shed some light on it please

why are you being brought to court ? can you not instruct your solicitor to send a letter to the applicant ?

I've told them a number of times I'm willing to surrender the property but I still received a Possession Summons?
