My friend has recently been approved for a House under the SOS.
She owns 40%, and rents 60% from them. My question is:

- Can she claim Mortage Int Relief on her 40% (like a normal mortgage?)
- Can she also apply for her Rent Credits as she is in affect renting 60% from the council?
