Would anyone know of a good calculator to work out repayments on a sharedownership 60/40 mortgage?

Karl Jeacle's mortgage calculator? Presumably if you are paying 60% (?) of the costs then you just enter the appropriate pro-rata values?

Keep in mind your repayments will be reduced by mortgage interest relief for the share that you own, but you will get no tax relief on the share that you rent from the Council.
