Shared Bank Account - Best option with less fees

Hi,

I would like to open a shared bank account with my partner where billing/invoices are charged.

E.g AIB request a minimum balance of 2.500€ plus 500€ min. lodgement every 3 months plus single CC's purchase every month for not fee's charges.

Do you know the other banks?
