Hi,
Does anybody know if this is an ok area to live in? I know it is an older area of the city, and as such prob has a bad rep, but I've been up there several times and it looks fine.
There is some kind of a health centre there with seating outside and I've seen people hanging out there. I don't know if that'd be a problem.
Any advice would be very welcome. :)

most inner city places have a fantastic history. This particular area certainly has. Like all places, you can find undesirables hanging around, but you will also find that residents (probably as opposed to tenants renting) are real salt of the earth people.

very close to city centre, no need to have a car. parking could be difficult in that spaces are scarce but again on the plus side, you will be able to buy a residents permit if you are living there.
