Sewerage Waste management system

Hi everyone ,Just wondering is there anyone out there with experiences recommendation of different waste systems for 1 off self build, good ,bad points ie (pump has to be on the whole time in certain systems ).It seems to be very like the wood pellet systems a lot of new companies springing up but very little experience,my site soil is gravel under top soil with sand under this so fluids reach water table quickly.What systems if any filter fluids first?.Is there always a need for percolation area ?.Is it a good idea to divert the water from kitchen sink and dish/clothes washers to seperate percolation area ,Thanks in advance,

Seperate Soak pit for Washing machine & recommend a MH sump that catches some of the power/conditioner sludge near its exit from machine, this can be disposed of manually a few times a year it will help increase the working life of the soak pit.
Sink should empty into the Septic Tank the bacteria from it helps break down the organic matter in the Tank.
