Sandy I would recommend she go straight back to her doctor as this could be an infection that has set in. I too ended back in hospital 3 months after having my second child (natural birth) with unexplained severe pain, had ultrasound done but the said they could find nothing. I was admitted and it turned out I had a severe infection and ended up in hospital on drips for almost a week, they reckoned I just got it in time and it could have travelled into my blood stream. I always think after child birth take no chances and it is her health I don't think anyone should take a gamble with their health.
