Several members of the same family using the same solicitor

My father recently engaged the services of a solicitor when he was buying a property. My sister is purchasing a property and is using the same solicitor. I need to find a solicitor to do wills for myself and my husband. Are there any potential problems with us all using the same solicitor? The solicitor we used to do the conveyancing for our property purchase 6 years ago came recommended to us but he is based in a different town and we found him very unpleasant. So far my father and sister are very pleased with their solicitor

No reason not to use the same solicitor unless there is a conflict of interests. If there is, they will tell you anyway that they can't act for you. But in the circumstances you describe I cannot see a conflict.
