Thanks

Re: Setting u a limited company

Whats your rush if you dont expect to trade for another year?

Re: Setting u a limited company

None really, so I should wait till I start to trade? I just thought there might be a advantadge to doing it sooner. Thanks

Re: Setting u a limited company

Is there any advantadge in registering the company name early?

Re: Setting u a limited company

Before doing this you need to establish do you need to operate as a limited company or will a sole-trader do. There are many other threads on here dealing with this issue. Suggest you look at them.

Theres no advantage to setting up early if you wont be trading. The whole process only takes a week or 2 anyway when you are ready

To set up a company might only take a week or 2, but you can add another 2 or 3 weeks on to that to get the company registered for taxes.

Re: Setting u a limited company

Setting up a company incurrs costs and legal requirements - don't do this until you have to..
Are you sure you need a company anyway - what's the problem trading as a sole trader for the first few months?

Take professional advice - you will probably save mere that running a company will cost if not required!!
