Setting up a fast-food takeaway.

Hey I am looking for information on setting up a fast-food takeaway in the Cork area. This would be my first business venture so I am really starting out from scratch so I am looking for as much information as possible, everything from health and safety to buying or renting equipment. I would be very grateful for everybody’s input especially from those involved in the area. Many thanks in advanced.
