setting up a dollar account

was wondering whether i need to visit my local bank or is a call to international credit markets enough

im with bank of ireland

i will be receiving money from the middle east soon and it cannot be transfered in dollars

Most banks in Ireland offer USD accounts. AIB, BoI, PTSB, Ulster Bank and Investec are examples of banks that offer USD accounts.

If the money cannot be transferred in USD, why ado you want to open a USD account?
