Setting up a car park

Hi,

I was thinking of setting up a car park my question is the employees there will need to be able to drive other peoples cars what type of insurance do i need for this and would anyone have a ballpark figure i would need 4 people to be insured for this. I know i can ring for a quote but it is sunday and I was curious.

i was wondering about a carpark aswell. I was thinking about a normal car park where people just leave their cars.

1. How much tax do you have to pay on your carpark? Is it per space or how much you earn over the year?

2. Do you need special insurance for people parking in your carpark? Incase they fall over and hurt themselves?
3. What happens if a car is stole? Are you liable?
4 Do you need a license to run a carpark from the council?
