Servicing a site costs

We have found a site which has three houses across the road from it. No more than 40 feet from our site boundary. Does anyone have any info or exp. on what it would cost to have ESB and water etc put in.
 
Back of a cig box figures

Water (well) min 2,500
Waste Water Treatment min 6,000
ESB connection fee 1,600
 
daviddoco aint too far off the mark, industry norm is to assume €12k/site to fully service with water,sewerage(any system or municipal), ESB & Telecom ducting and service.
 
One thing, treatment systems are cheaper
e.g envirocare and Bord na mona, ours was 3700

Back again. Just on the services issue when you say ESB connection is that including any poles etc. Is it the same for telephone poles?
