Anyone know or can recommend a facility in New York or Boston which provides facilities such as address, room rental, as required, manage post/bank cheques etc.
We use them for phone answering, postal address etc. We do not room hire but it is available. They also lodge cheques for us. Cost is c. $ 500 per month.

We have been using them for nearly 3 years and have always found them to be very professional and easy to deal with.
The most important part for us was cheque lodgements as a surprising number of US companies still pay by cheque or should I say check.
