hi all,
ive gotten a letter looking for payment of the annual management company charge and it got me thinking about agms mangement accounts and so forth. regarding the consumer connect publication that seems to apply to apartment living only. can anyone recommend any good links for an idiots guide to management companies for house and not apartments

The title is misleading but Robert Gogan's book on successful apartment living in Ireland also deals with housing estates governed by a management company. His website is here: [broken link removed] but you can get the book in most bookshops. It's very good. I've no affiliations to it.

im gonna order the book later on. i had looked at it originally and thought it was just for the apartment sector. cheers
