This whole issue sounds alarming and is so personal that you need better advice than you will get on a public forum. Have you disclosed your fears to your solicitor? I can't envisage a situation where you should be living in a house where you have such a fear of issues arising.
If your solicitor is not giving you the exact advice you need then you should consider a change of solicitor. I cannot imagine that your legal position will be in any way compromised if you move out through fear of violence or intimidation. I would be concerned by the fact that you are resorting to a forum to look for advice that must be very specific to your current situation!!!
