Sorry my partner is seperated and has no sepertion in place talking to the ban it seems to impossible to buy without it just wanted to know what would you have to get at least for a mortgage to go through

I think the OP means you cannot get a mortgage without a legal separation in place as the ex partner may have a claim on the asset.
