I have Vodafone broadband with an esatclear email address and have just started getting failed delivery notices as follows. What should I do?

I could be wrong but it looks like someone has been using EsatClear to send spam so some mail servers (including Microsofts) have decided to block any email coming from it. Email abuse@esatclear.ie and send them the email you received - they should be able to sort it out.
