anyone use senator windows and how do you find their products in terms of heat retention in the home?. we met them at the weekend and found them to be very good. a
 
We got senator windows... Double glazed sash windows... They look very good but their build is very poor!!! They installed one window and it defenitly fell off the lorry before it got to the house... All the PVC in that window was cracked, 3 other windows had the hinges broken and bits falling off everywhere...

So as you can gather i wasn't very happy... The saleman wouldn't return my calls after we signed the contract... Windows were late by 4 weeks and we've now been waiting 7 weeks for the maintenance guy to come and fix the issues!!!

Sorry for the rant but it's good to let the anger out!!! :mad: :mad:
 
He was based in the Kilkenny office which is part of the wexford division.
