Senator Windows - Good?

I am thinking of going with Senator for sash windows they actually gave quite a good quote, at least comparable to other companies who don't have such a good reputation. Just wondering if any one else had used them and whether they were happy with the service and the windows. Particularly like to hear from anyone who got sash windows.
