Semi-D Extension in Dublin

I am currently looking into a garage conversion with second story extension and pushing my kitchen out by 6ft on one side of the house on my semi-d in Dublin. The second story extension will basically add two bedrooms. One above the kitchen & another above the garage conversion.

Any idea's on costings for this type of project?

Buy this months copy of "house" magazine in easons. its all about extensions. very good advice on how to go about the process from start to finish.
