Selling Vacation Ownership(timeshare) in orlando Florida

I am looking to find out if anybody has had any experience in selling a timeshare abroad through any particular website. what are the costs implications involved?

also i have been paying a maintainance fee each year on it approx $1,200. am i emntitled to calim any of the related usa taxes back on this?
