Firstly apologies if this type of this question has been asked before. My situation is that in approx. 20 months time I am hoping to sell my business and move to Spain with my husband, with a view to having family etc there.
I am working now on putting operational procedures in place and setting up the business to be a turn key purchase for someone - its a 4 years old marketing company and relatively successful with a team of 5 employees.
Would anyone have advice on if it would be a good move in light of the future plans to go Limited?
Any other advice on what I should be concentrating on, or how to add value to the business in order to make the dream move and sale would be greatly appreciated.
