Just wondering if anyone knows how something like this works here in Ireland. I want to get my bank to let me sell my negative equity home. Myself & my family have "neighbours from hell", who have been making our lives miserable on a daily basis. The Gardai are involved and we are in the process of getting a barring order on them. They have been racially abusive towards us. This is all noted down in our statements. Its that bad that I'm just willing to hand the keys over to the bank and telling them to keep the house if they don't let us sell. I've just had enough and don't want my family to go through this anymore.
What I want to know is, if I do get the go ahead to sell, do I have to legally declare anything about a dispute with the neighbours to solicitors, the bank etc. Or can I try and sell my house and say nothing about any of this? Just wondering if there would any repercussions in saying nothing about a dispute.
