I'm selling my house and the buyers solictor is querying the
Puraflow system. (Septic tank)
They say it is not required under the planning and so its existence should be explained.
The story is that when I initially purchased the house is had an old, not working, sewpack septic tank, so when I renovated, I replaced that with an up to date Purflo system which was not specified in the Planning Permission.
Does anyone know if I require planning permission for the replacement system?
