Selling House in D15 - which EA to use?

I’m at the stage where I’m thinking of selling my 4 bed house in Clonsilla

Can anyone recommend or give me their experience of estate agents in Clonsilla or the Dublin 15 area? Which has the best rep and most competitive on fees?

So far I have got a quote from Flynn of 1% + VAT (inclusive of outlay with advertising & sign)……I have yet to see how this compares with others though

From looking on daft, most people seem to have gone with Wilson Moore or Flynn

Christina Wilson of Wilson Moore sold a house for us a few years ago. Obviously the market was different then (it was in the days when we had several bids within a matter of days of putting the house on the market <nostalgic sigh>) but I did find her realistic about the price and hard-working in terms of keeping things moving.

Mc Peake Auctioneers in Tyrellstown D15 were the EA when we bought our home last year, they were fine, no complaints.
