Selling House and Paying off Mortgage

Hi All,
When you sell your main home (PPR) and pay off the remaining mortgage is there a fee or penalty charged by the bank for paying off the Mortgage early? Or do you literally just pay the mortgage balance remaining out of the house sale and that’s it done?

Mortgage Balance: €54,366
Term remaining: 12 years
Rate: 2.9% (Fixed until 11/2021)

On a fixed rate, there might be a break fee.

Other than that there's a security release fee of about 65 euro with most banks.

If there is a break fee, do you think it would be calculated in the same way a normal breakage fee for a lump sum payment off the mortgage might be calculated? - as in this case it would be the remaining sum of €54,366...
