Selling home

Hi selling my home. Ive signed contracts weeks ago and i still havent received funds from the purchasers bank. Ive issued them with a completion notice. Which is up next week. Estate agent has put sold sign on the house and purchasers have even had mail delivered to my house and still no funds. Just wondering can i take legal action against the purchasers?? Would appreciate some advise thanks

Check with your solicitor. It's possible the people have actually paid over the money but it's "doing the rounds"!
