Selling Apartment in Budapest

Hi folks, I am thinking about selling an apartment in District XIII in Budapest. Could anyone suggest reputable selling agents? Also, approx. what fee should I expect to have the pay the selling agent?

I can recommend one particular agent I used to sell my property, as referenced in a one or two other threads RE Budapest.
If you go exclusively with one agent the fee is 4% of sale, which I think is reasonable considering the effort that may be needed to close a sale there.
However if you use more than one agent I believe the applicable rate goes to approx 6% but others may confirm/deny this
 
Yes, around 4% is normal for exclusivity with an international agency such as Duna House, who I would recommend. Negotiation is also possible to some extent.

If the apartment is well-priced and problem-free, then the best approach may be to sell it yourself, Budapart. However, it really depends on if there is demand for the specific property that you own. Can you post some more details?
 
Budapest/Amgd28 - Thanks for replies to my query re. selling an apartment in Budapest. It's a one-bedroom apartment in District XIII, in a new development, the entire complex which is due for completion 2010. It's currently being rented out and has been rented for a year now but the tenant is due to vacate in December 2008 and I am seriously considering selling at this early stage, due to other financial commitments. All advice on how to go about this would be welcome.
