Selling apartment in Berlin

I am looking to sell my apartment in Berlin. (40k) Has anybody had any experience selling residential property in Berlin and is there any agents (preferably english speaking) you would recommend for selling it? It is in Kreuzberg so if anybody has had experience there that would be great.
