Anyhone know where or how to get the best rate for Euro?

Unless you need it now you'd probably be best advised to give it a few weeks.
With ECB rate likely to rise you could save a few euro.

if you are changing large anounts (over 5000 euro) AIB will give a special rate. I'm sure other banks will as well. Ring them and ask. also AIB don't charge commission to people working in certain factories. I work in Boston Scientific in Galway and the local branch doesn't charge commission to us. If you or someone you know works in a place withthe same deal then get them to change it for you. Usually if they have a cash point in the factory they give the deal.
