Hello, I was enquiring if anybody had information regarding being self employed and working solely for one person/company, is it ok to do? Are there any implications legally if you are in this situation?
The implications are more for the person you are working for, if you are classed as an employee they may have a substantial liability.
From your point of view it may be that motor expenses are not allowable.
