self employed vs employee

any sole traders who have some people sharing their overheads by paying a per hour rate for use of premises/ equipment/ elec/ heating/ phone as used, ie a different amount paid every month, and carry any overflow of business from the business owner? Can you tell me if you in this position do you have any anxiety about that person being employee/ self employed?? believe revenue lookin for their 10% PRSI?
