Question : A, B , C and D own a limited company. A and B are the Company Secretary and MD respectively, C and D are Executive Directors.
A B C and D all use the one company internal accountant to declare their self employed earnings and thus pay tax on their liability.
However D has a problem, D is not happy with the accountant and wishes to have their own accounts and revenue accounted by their own external accountant.
No talking or words to the wise will solve this as D is being pushed about by A and B to hit the retirement pasture.
Can D who is registered as self employed pay their own tax and file accounts external with another accountant who is trusted ??
