Self Employed, taking full time position

Hi all,
I am self employed for last 4 years and have a LTD company setup. It was a requirement to work with the multinational i took a position with. There is now a good perm position on the table, and I am considering it.
Is it difficult to transition from self employed to full time. Do I prepare a p45 myself, and do I need to notify revenue that I wont be employed via LTD company for the time being. Id like to keep the company open, as i have 5 years trading history and who knows whats around the corner next year, or should I close it down?

You could just ask the revenue to transfer your tax credits and bands to new employer. Dont think their is a need to issue P45. Keep company going.
