Self employed, no work with Widows Pension

I have been self employed for past 4 years but work has totally dried up, I have a contributory widows pension and 2 young children, ages 5 and 7, does anyone have any experience/advice in this area in terms of entitlements?
 
Have you applied for,or are you in receipt of:-

  • Fuel allowance
  • Back to school allowance
  • Medical Card
  • Rent allowance or mortgage interest allowance (if applicable)
 
Just medical card, havne't needed any of the others to date...
